An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Legal Assistant to join our Legal Support function in Perth.


As a Legal Assistant, you will work with partners and other fee earners within the practice group, providing exceptional practice management support to ensure the delivery of high quality legal services to our clients.


This role will be well suited an organised and proactive professional with previous secretarial or administrative experience within a law firm.


Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with clients and stakeholders
File management
Matter opening
Managing diaries, schedules and appointments
Billing, time coding and reporting
Assisting with practice group events and business development activities
Assisting with travel and accommodation bookings

Required skills and personal attributes:

Demonstrated administrative support experience within a legal environment
Outstanding organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and commitments
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel)
Advanced knowledge of CMS/Aderant or other finance related software
Ability to develop and foster excellent professional relationships internally and with clients
