THE COMPANY

You will be joining the ANZ operations of a successful multinational company that has been experiencing strong growth. As a data migration analyst, you'll play a key role in the company's transition from their current financial system to Oracle EBS.

You will work closely with the Project Manager, local project sponsors and the global team with thoughtful speed to achieve an aggressive timetable.

THE ROLE

The Data Migration Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the Business and IT to ensure data migration outcomes
  • Navigating data challenges related to ETL from legacy systems to the new Oracle system
  • Converting and cleansing data using large and complex Excel spreadsheets
  • Managing data defects and data related artefacts, including root cause analysis
  • Communicating to stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
  • Investigating and responding to Oracle and business user enquiries
  • Identifying, analysing and recommending opportunities to improve the business by way of technology, data, or business process changes.
  • Seek and identify business requirements, address usability concerns, and document solutions


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience
  • Must have ERP migration experience on large transformation projects, ideally with Oracle
  • Experience in supply chain, 3PL, warehousing and logistics
  • Advanced to expert Excel skills
  • Hands on with data migration design and build activities.
  • Recent experience of managing trial conversions, data cleansing, mapping, data reconciliation and data resolution activities
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate at technical and non-technical levels.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in the research, investigation, and the provision of practical solutions to business issues.
