Senior Brand Manager ANZ

About the role
Reporting to the Head of Marketing Penfolds, ANZ this role is the main gatekeeper of the Penfolds brand and contributes to the overall brand growth in the region through a focus on building brand awareness and consumer recruitment in key markets.
Shape the global marketing strategies into annual regional brand plans and deliver high-impact consumer marketing campaigns to support Penfolds brand ambitions and commercial growth. Leverage consumer, market and trend insights to access opportunities or overcome challenges, and build relevant programs to connect with the target consumers in the Australian market. Collaborate with global marketing and regional cross-functional teams (strategy, sales and rest of marketing teams) to establish an integrated plan rollout with consistent key messaging and cohesive executions across key touchpoints. Curate innovative brand experiences, collaborations, or marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and desirability. Provide support to the Head of Marketing with effective NPD program overviews to ensure the Sales team has crucial launch information. Contribute and actively participate in external and internal stakeholder project presentations and business performance reviews.About you
We're looking for someone with a consumer-centric mindset, adept at navigating cross-functional demands and resolving conflicts effectively while maintaining a solutions-focused approach. You have a good understanding of various marketing and commercial touchpoints. A natural affinity for luxury goods or experience in the luxury sector would be highly regarded.
Proficient experience in budget controls, evaluations, analytics, and interpretation to determine marketing effectiveness and ROIs Previous P&L management experience (forecasting, budgeting, A&P) Strong project management, planning and organisational skills with excellent time-management and ability to multi-task Good negotiation skills to drive delivery of business strategies and objectives Solid analytical skills with data-driven thinking and a creative mindWhat's in it for you
