Manage a team of Site Managers that specialise in Greenfields Construction to ensure new homes are built to a high quality, in accordance with the Australian Building Codes, safely and in time parameters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monthly / Weekly site inspections
  • Facilitate construction meetings with your team
  • Analysis of site spend and value
  • Report on job progress, status, and future programs
  • Promote and maintain safe work protocols
  • Promote good work practises and quality control outcomes in trade base
  • Provide a safe working environment
  • Provide feedback to drafting /scheduling, sales, administration and accounts
  • Display a high level of Leadership
