The Agile Enablement Practice at Kmart is pivotal in driving transformative change and empowering our teams to excel in the fast-paced landscape of digital retail.

Comprised of dedicated professionals with diverse expertise, this practice is committed to advancing Agile methodologies and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration across our organisation.


As a member of our Agile Enablement Practice, you will play a critical role in shaping the way we deliver digital solutions and experiences to our customers.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, your focus will be on enhancing Agile practices, optimizing workflows, and promoting continuous improvement throughout our digital initiatives.


What you'll be doing- Leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to enhance team collaboration and efficiency, for team members in Melbourne and Bangalore- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals, priorities, and timelines.- Championing Agile and Scrum principles within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and Providing guidance and coaching to team members on best practices.- Identifying and addressing impediments to team progress, promoting a solutions-oriented mindset among team members and advocating for the mobile team within the larger Digital group

To be successful in this role you'll have:

  • Proven experience as an Iteration Manager or similar role, with a background in large enterprise environments.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • The ability to motivate and lead teams, driving change and inspiring a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
