You will have the opportunity to join a dynamic legal team at 7-Eleven, focusing on property matters. This role calls for a lawyer experienced in property and commercial leasing, offering a flexible work schedule of 3 or 4 days per week.

We need you to

  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents for the National lease portfolio.
  • Provide practical legal advice on property transactions and existing contracts.
  • Offer ad hoc advice on property, environmental, construction, and asset management.
  • Contribute to legal education within the business to mitigate risks.
  • Enhance the team's efficiency and effectiveness.

What's in your toolkit?

  • Law degree required, with at least 3 years of experience in retail and commercial leasing.
  • Experience in retail property, franchising, or construction is a plus.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and discretion are crucial.
  • Ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
