The Job

  • Achieve KPI's linked to placing jobseekers into sustainable employment
  • Organise appropriate interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment
  • Deliver high quality, timely, professional recruitment and training services to our jobseekers
  • Business develop sourcing and maintaining ongoing relationships with employers and community groups
  • Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures
