Your new role:
Be responsible for managing the operations of the centre, ensuring your centre complies with the standards set out by the NQFLead, mentor, and develop your team using the Genius Learning Management System to ensure all our staff provide the highest quality learning and care for the children under our care Manage your centres performance by applying strong business and financial experience to meet your centres KPI's and Assessment & Ratings results Build strong relationships with families and the community.
