Responsibilities:

  • Provide first level support for IT issues related to Azure, Active Directory, Windows 10 & 11, Office, and other technologies.
  • Minimum oneyear previous experience in similar role.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems using remote access tools, documentation, and knowledge base.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the MSP partner.
  • Document and update the status of IT incidents and requests in the ticketing system.
  • Follow IT policies and procedures and maintain IT security standards.
  • Assist with IT projects and initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills

  • Associate degree or equivalent in IT, computer science, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 years experience.
  • Working knowledge of Azure, Active Directory, Windows 10 & 11, Office, and other technologies.
  • Understanding of network topologies and technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service oriented and professional attitude.
  • Certification in Microsoft, CompTIA, or other relevant IT areas is a plus.
