We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Professional Cleaners to join our dynamic team. If you have a keen eye for cleanliness and a passion for maintaining a tidy and orderly environment, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough cleaning of our property (apartments, bedrooms and communal areas)
• Daily dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors of the shared spaces
• Emptying trash bins and ensuring proper disposal
• Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
• Conducting thorough departure cleans for vacated rooms and apartments
• Performing fortnightly routine cleaning of apartment common areas
• Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management
• Ensuring cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and stored
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for students

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects and climb staircases
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
