We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Professional Cleaners to join our dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning of our property (apartments, bedrooms and communal areas)
- Daily dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors of the shared spaces
- Emptying trash bins and ensuring proper disposal
- Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap
- Conducting thorough departure cleans for vacated rooms and apartments
- Performing fortnightly routine cleaning of apartment common areas
- Reporting any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management
- Ensuring cleaning equipment and supplies are properly used and stored
- Adhering to health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for students

**Requirements**:

- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift heavy objects and climb staircases
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
