Launch is excited to be working with one of Victoria's leading government departments. We are looking for a Web Developer to join their team.

The Role

The Trainer / Digital Learning Lead will be working closely with stakeholders and SMEs to identify training needs and design and develop and deliver learning products to enable the adoption of new systems and ways of working.


Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Conduct training needs assessments
  • Lead the design, development and delivery of a suite of training resources
  • Lead the facilitation of training programs, including elearning modules and F2F
  • Collaborate and consult with stakeholders including project teams and SMEs
  • Share insights from training delivery and assessments
  • Monitor, evaluate and analyse the effectiveness of training initiatives

About You

To be successful you will need:

  • A qualification in learning & development, education, training or related field
  • Experience in the training and assessment process, including training needs analysis and advanced facilitation skills
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Interpersonal skills
