The Opportunity:
6-7 months Full time (open to 4 days) (hybrid) Macquarie Park, NSW This is an opportunity to join a company in the wholesale distribution sector Build your portfolio legal career with this well-known companySkills and Experience needed:
5+ years' experience Strong general commercial experience Experience dealing with supplier and customer contracts Advisory and compliance experience and comfortable providing legal advice relating to legal and compliance obligations (eg. competition and consumer law, privacy, product safety, quality and labelling) Ability to support the implementation of compliance frameworks and processes Experience in M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracts (retailers, suppliers, service providers) property, technology and data, intellectual property, credit, financing and security arrangements with retailers Experience in disputes and Investigations eg. litigation, disputes, insolvency/debt recovery, regulatory investigations Assistance with engaging external legal Ability to hit the ground running, work autonomously and prioritise Ability to be a doer and confident being on the tools The ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business A current practising certificateWhy join Ashurst Reach?
