The Opportunity:

  • 67 months
  • Full time (open to 4 days) (hybrid)

Skills and Experience needed:

  • 5+ years' experience
  • Strong general commercial experience
  • Experience dealing with supplier and customer contracts
  • Advisory and compliance experience and comfortable providing legal advice relating to legal and compliance obligations (eg. competition and consumer law, privacy, product safety, quality and labelling)
  • Ability to support the implementation of compliance frameworks and processes
  • Experience in M&A, joint ventures, commercial contracts (retailers, suppliers, service providers) property, technology and data, intellectual property, credit, financing and security arrangements with retailers
  • Experience in disputes and Investigations eg. litigation, disputes, insolvency/debt recovery, regulatory investigations
  • Ability to hit the ground running, work autonomously and prioritise
  • Ability to be a doer and confident being on the tools
  • The ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
  • A current practising certificate
