Your role will be pivotal in supporting our sales efforts and maintaining efficient office operations.Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on sales calls and inquiries to provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer phone calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Complete administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and recordkeeping.
- Perform ad hoc tasks that contribute to the overall functioning of the office.
- Maintain flexibility to assist with various office duties as needed.
- Float in the office and warehouse, helping to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, sales team, and other stakeholders.
- Confidence and willingness to learn
- Strong organisational abilities to manage followups and administrative tasks.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or administrative roles is advantageous.
