Key Accountabilities:

  • Define project scope, roles and responsibilities.
  • Define resource requirements and manage resource availability and allocation both internal and third party.
  • Prepare detailed project plans to schedule key project milestones, workstreams and activities.
  • Manage project delivery by monitoring the progress of projects and address issues that may arise and ensure project deliverables are completed on time.
  • Track projects and provide regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders.
  • Organise regular status and review meetings as necessary, including generating and distributing meeting minutes.
  • Prepare project budgets based on requirements, track costs and prepare accurate financial forecasts.
  • Design a risk management plan to minimize foreseeable disruptions to the project.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies including purchasing and contract management.
  • Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation, including managing contracts.
  • Participate in designing, submitting, and reviewing formal and informal tenders.
  • Manage the relationship and communication with Project Sponsor and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
  • Adopt and promote the use of 'good practice' standardised processes as applicable to particular projects

Experience:

  • Qualifications in fields with focus on technical or analytical fields highly regarded.
  • Project Management qualifications highly regarded
  • Project Management experience in compliance focussed projects
  • Experience with International privacy legislation
