We are expanding and need a Maintenance & Reliability Engineer to bolster our Operations division. This role involves asset management, prioritizing maintenance, and reliability techniques to improve asset availability and cut costs.

Primary Duties:
- Develop maintenance tactics and strategies for clients.
- Implement optimization measures for equipment maintenance.
- Conduct downtime analysis and interpret relevant data.
- Assist in maintenance management and system audits.
- Perform criticality analysis of process plants.
- Facilitate failure investigations and root cause analysis.
- Compile inspection, maintenance, and reliability reports.
- Identify improvement opportunities for clients to enhance asset uptime.
Who are you?
- Have 3 to 5 years' experience in asset management within mining or a related industry.
- Technical knowledge of mechanical/structural vibrations, condition monitoring, and lubrication management.
- Hold a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
- Enjoy problem-solving and data analysis.
- Committed to safety and compliance.
