Your opportunity

If your values align with ours then we've got an opportunity you might be interested in We are seeking a passionate, and experienced Social Worker to join our Family Services program.

Your key focus will be to assist families and individuals who are in crisis or are in vulnerable situations, find the services they need, and improve the ability of community members to access services and supports.

In this role you will improve clients' choices and ability to self-manage, contribute to improved health literacy and equitable access to services, allow clients' family, friends and carers and their network of health service providers, to address the social factors that contribute to chronic illness and mental health issues.

Desired Skills and Experience:

About you

With tertiary qualifications in Social Work you will also have demonstrated experience in case management within the social welfare sector, with a specific emphasis on mental health and child protection (highly desirable).

You will have the ability to assess client support needs clinically and develop care plans that support these needs.
