Your opportunity

The Marketing team is dedicated to ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers by delivering outstanding experiences daily. As the Marketing Executive at Westfield Airport West, you will assist the Marketing Team in implementing top-notch marketing strategies, as well as enhancing centre performance.

In this position, you will collaborate with the team on marketing strategy, events, and communications, and also contribute significantly to the broader Customer Experience Team.

  • Bring key centre campaigns to life from start to finish, managing timelines and budgets.
  • Execute the local digital strategy to meet customer needs across channels, working closely with the Marketing Manager.
  • Contribute to the centre's Marketing Plan, focusing on retail energy, local priorities, and programs to align with the Customer Experience Strategic Focus and Strategic Asset Plans.
  • Support in preparing and handling the annual centre Marketing budget, including tasks like obtaining quotes, creating purchase orders, processing invoices, and reforecasting.
  • Collaborate effectively with agencies and external suppliers to ensure the delivery of quality creative assets and services within budget and on schedule.
  • Develop an understanding of customer requirements through insights analysis, listening tools, and data research.

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, with exposure to brand management, digital & social media, event management, and public relations.
  • Capability to make decisions, take responsibility, meet/exceed objectives, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • An individual with a customer-centric approach, placing the customer at the core of all decisions.
  • Preferably a qualification in Marketing or a related field, though not mandatory.
  • Skills in communication, brand management, customer experience/guest services, digital & social media, PR, event management, research & analysis, and negotiation.
  • Attention to detail and excellence in execution.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment operating 7 days a week.
