We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Sydney Head Office team. You be responsible for the tactical implementation and deliverables of the marketing teams premium residential assets
Your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
Assist and support S&M strategies, programs, objectives, policies and initiatives
Assist in the preparation, maintenance and monitoring of all marketing campaigns including digital, print and out of home
Assist in managing marketing campaigns, reviewing and pulling through reports and interpreting data
Assist with marketing briefs and presentations
Assist with database marketing, communication, segmentation and analysis
Manage online listings and EDM's (including reaching out the agents and ensuring prices and descriptions are correct)
Edit and prepare imagery for use online
Prepare meeting minutes and agendas
Assist with budgets, project reporting, expense claims and invoicing
Conduct competitor and customer research, data analysis, reporting, presentations and workshops
Assist in enhancing the customer experience via Infinity
Assist and attend project launches and events
Participate in sub-committees as directed
Work collaboratively with internal and external agencies and consultants
Assist in maximising PR, events and networking opportunities
Assist in managing communication/ PR/ social media / project issues
Your point of difference
You will have exposure to the property and events management sector as well worked with various database management systems
To be successful, you will have excellent Microsoft Suite, Adobe Creative, CRM, CMS and EDM systems skills and confidence in creating engaging social and digital media content.
Strong written and verbal communication is essential as well as diverse project skills and a strong customer centric approach who goes above and beyond to exceed the expectations of our various stakeholders.
