We are seeking a suitably qualified
Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator for our Moonee Ponds Home.

About your role:


As a
Leisure and Lifestyle Coordinator, you will support and deliver the Lifestyle program whilst understanding and considering, the evolving needs of our residents.

You will work closely with your immediate team, Kitchen/Catering and regular guidance from the Home Manager.

Key responsibilities:

  • Undertake comprehensive lifestyle review of each resident
  • Write 'lifestyle' care plans for individual residents
  • Lead a team of Lifestyle Assistants
  • Utilise community support programs
  • Provide end of month reporting /analysis to support the Lifestyle Program
  • Collate Surveys and Audits in support of the Lifestyle Program
  • Provide ongoing education and support within your team

About you:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Positive and proactive work ethic


 Relevant qualifications
  • Certificate IV in Leisure & Lifestyle (or working towards)
  • Previous experience within an Aged Care setting
  • A genuine interest in elderly care and the desire to improve the lives of our residents
  • Intermediate systems/computer skills

Essential Requirements:

  • NDIS Workers Screening Check Clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Current Police check clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • Proof of Work rights in Australia
  • Proof of COVID Vaccination certificate (2 doses + booster dose)
  • Proof of Flu vaccination (current year)
