About the Department:
The Nursing Workforce at Alfred Health plays a crucial role in providing support across the institution, ensuring seamless coverage through the Bank and Pool system. Our team members are adept at working across different specialties and are able to adjust to various ward settings efficiently.
The Role:
As a member of the Nurse Pool team, you will have the opportunity to gain invaluable experience by working in a wide array of general and specialty areas such as oncology, trauma, infectious diseases, and more. In addition, you will benefit from:

Skills/Qualifications Required:
To excel in this role, you must:
- Be registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
- Be a proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative setting
- Demonstrate a solid foundation in Patient-Centred care
- Possess excellent communication skills for interactions with patients, colleagues, and visitors
- Be willing to work on a rotational roster covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts
