The Role:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of property managers and leasing agents to provide exceptional service and achieve operational excellence.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and stakeholders to create a positive and cooperative community environment.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, industry regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and continual improvement.
  • Set a positive example, motivate the team, and support their success.
  • Implement and oversee strategies and procedures.
  • Ensure team KPIs are consistently met.
  • Address and resolve escalated issues with your team and external clients.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to drive profitability and expansion.
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 40 properties, including inspections and administrative tasks.

The Candidate:

  • Experienced Property Managers seeking a leadership or department head role are encouraged to apply.
  • Ideally, possess previous experience in staff management and mentoring.
  • Highly motivated, innovative, and determined to succeed.
  • Effective at prioritizing both personal and team tasks.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution, particularly with QCAT and tribunals.
  • Successful track record in leading a department to achieve excellence.
  • Capable of identifying and enhancing team strengths while addressing areas for improvement.
  • Hold a valid Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
