We are seeking Solution Engineers experienced in selling SaaS solutions, capable of navigating the sales cycle to foster growth in Australia and New Zealand.

If you enjoy shaping sales strategies, leading discovery phases, and delivering customized solutions that address customer needs, this role is for you. You will also play a crucial role in understanding customers' IT infrastructure and software architecture.

  • Collaborate with the Sales team to promote the fastest-growing observability platform
  • Conduct compelling demos showcasing Dynatrace's unique solutions
  • Advise clients on AI and Automation-powered solutions
  • Tackle complex observability, security, and user experience challenges
  • Optimize customer usage of Dynatrace and drive business outcomes
  • Engage with customers through online tools and key events
  • Work closely with various teams to deliver top-notch solutions
  • Guide and support fellow consultants within the team

    Location: Melbourne. Local candidates preferred

Qualifications

5+ years experience as a Solution Engineer or ArchitectStrong technical background and focus on Government and Commercial SectorKnowledge of government ecosystems is a plusProficiency in application performance management technologiesExperience with modern technologies such as Azure, AWS, Docker, etc.Hands-on experience with programming languages and frameworksExpertise in Java technologies and SaaS solutions

Deep understanding of observability toolsExperience in Software Engineering or DevOpsProficiency in Statement of Work deliveryFamiliarity with Cloud Technologies, Agile methodologies, etc.Security Clearance is a bonusKnowledge of cyber defense and service operationsExperience in technical writing or public speaking
