About the role:


Reporting to the Products Manager, the Product Consultant will be responsible for providing effective operational support to the BaptistCare Community Services Division.

This exciting opportunity includes second level service support, system maintenance, training delivery, stakeholder management, business engagement, business benefit delivery and project work to ensure that the needs of end users are met to support the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.


We are particularly interested in hearing from passionate Product Consultants with demonstrable depth of experience in Client Management Systems (CMS) such as Civica cx.


About you:

  • Tertiary qualifications in IT and/or management related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role supporting CMS such as Civica cx.
  • Minimum 5 years Corporate IT experience.
  • Experience as a Business Consultant or Functional Consultant.
  • Experience working in an Agile methodologybased delivery environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new environments / systems, respond to changing demands.
  • Previous experience on project teams.
  • Previous training delivery experience.
  • Ability to travel to BaptistCare facilities across NSW and ACT when required.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously in a team environment.
  • Genuine alignment to BaptistCare's Vision, Mission and Purpose.
