RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Farm Supervisor, you will oversee banana farm cultivation operations and support farm management in achieving production goals.

DUTIES

The role involves:

  • Consulting and planning with Managers to achieve objectives.
  • Training and supervising farm hands, coordinating tasks, and directing duties.
  • Supervising various farm operations such as de-budding, de-leafing, de-suckering, harvesting, grading, sorting, and packaging.
  • Ensuring timely completion of cultivation tasks.
  • Coordinating activities with other team members.
  • Monitoring staff performance and resolving grievances.
  • Arranging staff and produce transportation.
  • Providing suggestions for efficiency enhancements.
  • Inspecting farming equipment and ensuring maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensuring farm hands have necessary tools and safety equipment.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

SALARY

The salary range offered is **$60,000 to 70,000 annually**, based on experience.
