A reputable financial institution is seeking a L3 Technical Support (Infrastructure) for their trading floor. Reporting to the Shared Services Service Owner, you will focus on a Phone Recording platform essential for compliance, utilized by numerous Fund Managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing L3 DevOps and Operation support for MS Teams Recording service.
  • Assisting the L3 and Trading Floor service support team with BAU support and Project delivery.
  • Leading team's Continuous Improvement and Service Improvement program.
  • Engaging in technical writing and documentation.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Ensuring stability of MS Teams Phone Recording platform and Trading Floor systems; timely delivery of related projects with cost benefits.
  • Ensuring on-time delivery of all CIs and SIs.
  • Identifying Risks in MSTR and TF systems and addressing them promptly.

Essential Experience: Minimum of Two Years

  • Working with compliance call recording systems such as NICE/NTRX, ASC OR Veryn.
  • At least 8 years of experience in planning, implementation, and support of Telephony services infrastructure in medium to large enterprises.
  • Proficiency in writing user and technical documentation, operating procedures, and ITSD, SSD operation reports.
