About the role:

• Understanding clients' goals, needs and loan borrowing capacity
• Building relationships with customers and referral partners
• Facilitate customer communication and correspondence
• Find appropriate loan solutions for customers, working with the support team analysing supplied documentation, matching to banks product and customer needs
• Undertaking continuing professional development

About you:

• Foundational experience in Mortgage Broking, as a Credit Analyst or in Banking/Lending
• Willing to complete Certificate 4 in Finance and Mortgage Broking (if required)
• Strong communication skills with a customer focused approach
• Fun and outgoing personality with a willingness to get involved
• The ability to work autonomously as well as work collaboratively with the team
• Enjoys a challenge and solving problems with the ability to convert leads to loans
• Motivated and driven to build strong and ongoing relationships with clients and customers
