About the Role:
Reporting to the ICT Delivery Manager, work closely with a broad internal team and external customers. You will be supported to perform duties including:
+ Designing deployments and implementing our Concentric Care solution.
+ Integrating our Concentric Care Platform with 3rd party ICT system.
+ Providing technical escalation to the ICT service desk and field service team.
+ Supporting and delivering ICT projects and ICT-managed services.
+ Creating technical and user documentation including design architecture documents, systems diagrams, testing plans and service documentation.
+ Collaborating closely with ICT Consultants, Hospital and/or Aged Care IT Departments, clinicians, and carers, as well as internal stakeholders across various disciplines
+ Providing sales support pertaining to the technical implementation of Concentric Care solutions

Technologies you will support:
The successful candidate will have strong knowledge with a minimum of 2 years of practical experience on 3 or more technologies below:
+ Administration and Implementation of Linux-based operating systems. (RedHat, Oracle, CentOS)
+ Programming and Scripting Language (PowerShell, Python, Bash, PHP)
+ Network Technology (Routing, Switching, TCP/IP, Wireless Networks)
+ SQL Database Systems (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL)
+ Cloud Computing Technologies (AWS, Microsoft Azure)
+ Containerisation Technologies (Kubernetes, Docker)

Skills & Experience:
+ Minimum of 2 years experience operating technical support, systems & solutions design and engineering roles
+ Effective written and oral communication skills
+ Have strong technical problem-solving skills
+ Have excellent systems thinking practice
+ Working knowledge of ITIL processes and practices

Experience or qualifications equivalent is highly desirable:
+ CCNA equivalent or above
+ VCTA equivalent or above
+ RHCSA equivalent or above
+ ITIL Foundation equivalent or above
