Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage daily operational activities and KPIs for a fastpaced logistics facility, incorporating warehouse and transportation management
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team to effectively provide logistics and transport services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers
  • Promote a safe working environment through the company's WH&S policies and procedures
  • Monitor financial performance by preparing budgets and forecasts, and tracking profit & loss for site and customers

About You

  • DCM experience within a 3PL environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
