Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Functioning deputy for Senior HR Manager when necessary
  • Prepare and present Board and Executive papers, coach and mentor HR Business Partners
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of the People Strategy across the company
  • Responsible for monitoring compliance in adherence to legal requirements
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in understanding and forecasting business needs to develop relevant methods, strategies, and processes necessary to measure and guide company decisions.
  • Oversee and manage recruitment and onboarding procedures
  • Must have 6+ years of proven HR work experience
  • Sharp attention to detail with a strong level of communication skills in both written and verbal
  • Must be exposed to cost centre management & budgeting.
  • Expert in training and development programs
  • Ability to operate in a fastpaced environment, with energetic and positive attitude
  • Problem solver and strategic thinker
  • Innovative thinker with the drive to fuel our people to perform the company's vision & mission.
