Head of People

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Employee Life Cycle Management:

  • Spearhead the entire employee life cycle, ensuring seamless onboarding, development, and offboarding processes
  • Implement handson strategies to enhance the employee experience and strengthen the employeremployee relationship

Strategic Business Partnering:

  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to forge robust partnerships that propel the company's vision and goals forward
  • Work handinhand with the marketing team to reinforce the employee value proposition and enhance our brand as an employer of choice

Performance Management and Culture Development:

  • Oversee performance management initiatives, providing guidance that fosters and enhances team capabilities
  • Shape and nurture the development of our company culture, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Global Employee Relations Expertise:

  • Handle global employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality, cultivating a workplace culture grounded in positivity and respect.
  • Leverage strong ER experience to support our global business effectively

People Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute the people strategy aligned with Learning and Development, elevating skills and capabilities across the organisation
  • Collaborate closely with Finance to align People strategies with financial objectives

Talent Acquisition Leadership:

  • Support the endtoend talent process, sourcing and selecting toptier talent to meet the diverse needs of our rapidly growing organisation
  • Exceptional stakeholder and change management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence across all organisational levels
  • Proficiency in providing comprehensive HR advice, encompassing policies, procedures, and employment legislation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fostering relationships across the business, with a focus on a hand on approach

Desirable Skills:

  • 8+ years of transformative HR experience
  • Experience in global organisations, including managing employee relocation and visa/immigration processes
  • Previous experience in fastpaced, highgrowth scaling businesses
