What You'll Deliver Process payroll tasks including calculations for contracts, wages, salaries, allowances, deductions, and benefits like superannuation, annual leave, sick leave, and salary changes.
Complete weekly payroll for all types of staff.Handle calculations, taxation, and reconciliations as needed.
Maintain accurate records of new hires and terminations.
Ensure payroll practices and procedures are up-to-date and accurate.
Interpret updates in local government circulars and advise on any changes in payroll practices.
Provide accurate interpretations of industrial agreements and relevant legislation.
Assist in implementing and maintaining Tech One modules such as Employee Self Service and Timesheets.
Implement contract packaging for employees.
Prepare precise executive quarterly reports.
Generate ad hoc Tech One XL One reports as needed.
Produce regular ad hoc reports and statistical analyses.
