About the Role:


As a Professional Lead you will manage a complex and diverse team of therapists within your professional scope of practice and across your area of professional clinical expertise, providing professional leadership, clinical supervision, and operational management to staff within your discipline across multiple sites.


You will hold a small clinical caseload to ensure ongoing recency of practice, allocate professional specific allied health resources to meet demands and engage and lead effective change management strategies.


Demonstrate your experience and ability to effectively develop, implement and monitor clinical governance frameworks and practice principles across your discipline and within a transdisciplinary model.

Ability to clinically and operationally manage profession specific programs relevant to your scope of practice.

About You:


You'll be an established, enthusiastic, and highly experienced Advanced and/or Specialist, Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner and/or Psychologist with appropriate tertiary qualifications and registration with the NDIS and within your discipline.


Knowledge of and commitment to the effective and meaningful engagement of clinicians in decision-making processes that foster positive client outcomes.

Proven ability to lead and manage a team and individual performance within a service delivery environment, encouraging and empowering staff, with the ability to provide professional supervision and professional development to staff.


Demonstrated experience and proven ability to effectively identify, plan, organise and allocate resources (time, financial, human, material, and facilities) which relate to allied health service provision.
