Reporting into the HR leader of Property Management, this role focuses on providing exceptional HR operational support and business partnering to our Property Management division nationally.

You will be a trusted advisor to our people and managers, guiding them on all aspects of the people lifecycle, including employee relations case management.


About the opportunity:

  • Provide employee relations and industrial relations support and guidance, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance improvement counseling our Property Management Division
  • Champion diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI) activities across the business, being a key driver towards achieving DEI strategies and objectives
  • Deliver annual cyclical programs including, goal setting, performance reviews, merit, and succession planning
  • Support talent acquisition (TA) with attraction, selection, and retention strategy of talent
  • Work with the People Lead to support implementation of organisational change management activities
  • Provide peoplerelated data and reports in relation to annual budget and business planning activities
  • Coordinate and lead engagement survey activities
  • Work closely with Learning & Development (L&D) ensuring programs are developed to address knowledge gaps and future skill requirements.

About you:

  • An experienced HR professional with experience in a HR business partnering or operations related role, preferably within a professional services organisation
  • Human Resources or related qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of effective HR functions including those related to attraction and retention, career pathing, development of organisational culture, and exit strategies.
  • An ability to understand the needs of the business and provide commercial HR solutions and business partnering services
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels within the organisation.
