Requirements:

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Responsibility for the entire employee journey, from recruitment to producing letter of offers and employment contracts, to maintaining accurate records on our HRIS (Bamboo HR) through to providing valuable advice and assistance to our team members and People Leaders on P&C policies and procedures and everything in between
  • You must have a keen interest for recruitment as this role will be providing ongoing support to our Talent Acquisition Consultant with endtoend recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with the Head of P&C to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that are fit for purpose as our business grows.
  • Ensure all People and Culture operations functions such as talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations and compliance requirements are maintained.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention through regular feedback, surveys, and recognition programs.
  • Partner with our People Leaders to identify training and development needs and facilitate learning opportunities to support team member growth.
  • Drive diversity, equity and inclusion efforts by promoting awareness, fostering a culture of respect, inclusion and belonging by implementing inclusive policies and practices.
  • Manage employee relations issues effectively, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, ensuring fair and consistent approach.
  • Keep abreast of legal and regulatory changes affecting HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Here's what you'll bring:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Resultsdriven with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • HR and TA systems knowledge
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field, desirable but not essential.
This role is based at our vibrant head office in Coburg and is a full-time permanent position.


Please note that all team members must have a valid state-based Working with Children Check (WWCC), Police check, and be authorised to work in Australia.
