THE OPPORTUNITY


This role will be an integral part of the Service Delivery teams to develop, implement and manage improvements to the document control processes as well as being a prime user of the systems.

The processes are to be aligned and integrated with similar systems in the broader Ampcontrol business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role will support the Service Delivery teams on a day-to-day basis and your role will require you to complete the following:

  • Work with the Service Delivery Teams to determine any specific documentation requirements
  • Ensure there is a tracking system in place to monitor and manage the document development progress on all active work and tenders
  • Assist in and provide any administrative and document development support as may be required by the team
  • Ensure that drawings and any other related technical documentation is properly managed and controlled between the project, design and site teams
  • Manage the flow of all technical incoming and outgoing documents such as receiving, recording, distributing and filing
  • Ensuring compliancy and consistency across corporate documents and record management requirements
  • Liaising with external and internal contractors, clients, and suppliers, and ensuring submissions are consistent with the project management system

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Your ability to encourage staff to become effective users of the document control system will also be met with the following requirements:

  • Experience in Document Control to a high level
  • Competent in information systems and information database management
  • Experience working within a manufacturing environment
  • Previous experience with document control tools
  • Experience in resolving problems both technical and organisational implementation matters
