Head of Product – Everyday Banking, Payments & Digital Banking
The Head of Product will oversee our Everyday Banking, Payments, and Digital Banking Product suite and teams. Drawing on your expertise, you will formulate and execute our Product Strategy, ensuring comprehensive accountability and strategic vision.

You will be dedicated to devising and implementing a digital roadmap for our new Digital Banking platform. Given our ambitious growth targets in the near future, this role in a critical capacity provides you the opportunity to join a leadership team with a well-defined expansion strategy.

You will collaborate closely with units across Customer and Marketing, Portfolio, Performance & Pricing, Transformation, Contact Centre, First Line Risk and Compliance, and Retail Network and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Proposition Development: Initiate growth and creativity through strategic product endeavors concerning Everyday Banking, Digital Banking, & Payments Products.
  • Digital Banking Strategy & Roadmap: Create and deliver an inclusive digital banking roadmap utilizing cutting-edge technologies and implement novel work methodologies.
  • Customer Journey Design: Revamp operational processes to elevate customer experience across various channels and products.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide a high-achieving team toward excellence and nurture innovation.
  • Payments & Vendor Management: Supervise all payment avenues and handle vendor relationships.
  • Market & Competitor Insights: Analyze market trends and competitor actions to drive product, payments, and digital strategies.
  • Product Collateral Management: Guarantee efficient administration of product collateral and vendor partnerships.

  • Extensive expertise in Product Leadership roles, particularly within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in leading, expanding, and nurturing top-performing teams.
  • Rich background in digital banking, involving the formulation and execution of digital banking platforms and strategies.
  • Comprehension of Payments and Vendor Management.
  • Proven capability in developing and executing product and payment strategies that foster growth and creativity.
  • Experience in crafting and refining customer journeys and enhancing customer experience.
  • Familiarity with agile work methodologies.
