  • A leading technology company within the FinTech space are looking for a customer focused, data driven Head of Product Management leader to manage product activities from strategy, ideation and delivery.
  • You will be overseeing the Product Management function, managing multi-disciplinary teams that will include Engineers, Designers, Data Specialists and Marketers to create technical products that provide best customer solutions.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Managing multidisciplinary crossfunctional teams
  • Overseeing product strategy and execution, ensuring timelines are met accordingly
  • Researching current market trends and needs
  • Managing a multimillion dollar P&L
  • Proactively identifying and managing risks, issues and dependencies relating to delivery of change
  • Ability to work with other leadership teams and manage stakeholders at Csuite level appropriately
  • Experience required:
  • Ability to manage various teams with around 5-10 direct reports and a larger indirect report function
  • Be highly influential and have strong stakeholder management experience
  • Ability to understand modern, customer centric software products and manage strategic decisions from ideas to execution
  • Understand the importance of data
  • Worked within software engineering environments and has understanding of software development practices
