The Company
Our client is a fantastic firm located in Balwyn, with amazing modern offices.

The Opportunity
They are looking to fill the role of Receptionist.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing appointments
  • Data entry
  • Contacting and following up with clients, other businesses and government departments such as the ATO
  • Small purchasing duties (ie stationery and food)
  • Postal and Banking duties
  • Copying, scanning and filing documents
  • Other office duties
  • 1 + years experience working in an Accounting Firm in a similar role is essential for this position.
  • Understanding of the ASIC and ATO portals
  • Organised personality
  • Proactive approach to work
  • High attention to detail
  • Great with people
