Kristy Pan is a friendly Boutique Accounting firm based in Box Hill that has provided expert tax and accounting services for small & medium business for over 20 years.

We have positions available for mature, friendly, well-rounded people with sound accounting knowledge and excellent language skills in both English and Mandarin.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and forwarding otherwise unanswered incoming phone calls and forwarding messages as required.
  • Meeting and greeting clients on arrival in a professional manner.
  • Scheduling appointments for clients to see team member using google calendar. This will require you to notify team members of any appointments made for them.
  • Assisting the team and keeping certain information data in order.
  • Copy, file and maintain digital or paper records.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.

About you

  • Ideally you will have completed an Accounting Degree.
  • Reception and client service experience in different industries.
  • Good attention to details.
  • Ability to work effectively in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Excellent communication skills which include verbal, written and presentation.
  • Immaculate corporate presentation and excellent business acumen.
  • Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to juggle competing demands with mínimal fuss; and
  • A confident, positive, and cando attitude
