Prendre en charge les demandes de dispositions ou de services exceptionnels des clients (par ex. transport, réservations, nettoyage à sec) en prenant les mesures adéquates ou en identifiant les fournisseurs appropriés. Répondre aux demandes spéciales des clients ayant des besoins particuliers et assurer le suivi pour garantir une pleine satisfaction des clients. Recueillir, synthétiser et fournir des informations aux clients sur l'hôtel et les services à proximité, y compris sur les événements spéciaux et les activités proposées. Enregistrer et répondre à tous les appels, messages, questions ou demandes des clients et résoudre leurs problèmes. Contacter l'employé concerné ou le service approprié (par ex. bagagiste, entretien ménager) pour répondre aux appels et demandes des clients ou résoudre leurs problèmes. Prendre connaissance des journaux de quart/carnets quotidiens et ajouter toutes les informations pertinentes dans le journal du service. Contrôler le salon-bar pour s'assurer de la disponibilité de places, du service, de la sécurité et du bien-être des clients. Signaler les accidents, les blessures et les conditions de travail dangereuses au responsable ; suivre les formations et certifications sur la sécurité.

Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de la chaîne ; s'assurer de porter un uniforme de travail propre et complet ; avoir une apparence soignée et professionnelle en tout temps sur les lieux de travail ; respecter la confidentialité dans la diffusion d'informations propres à la bannière et/ou à l'hôtel et protéger tous les biens de la compagnie. Accueillir et recevoir les clients selon les standards de la chaîne, anticiper leurs besoins et y répondre, aider les personnes handicapées et remercier chaleureusement les clients. Utiliser un langage clair et courtois lors de toute communication ; préparer et corriger avec précision et exhaustivité des documents rédigés et répondre au téléphone en employant le langage approprié. Développer des relations professionnelles positives et constructives avec vos pairs ; s'unir et s'entraider afin d'atteindre les buts communs ; écouter et répondre de façon appropriée aux problèmes des autres employés. Se conformer aux exigences et standards de qualité. Être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps ou pendant tout le quart. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et poser des charges pesant 4,5 kilos maximum. Effectuer toutes les autres tâches demandées par les responsables et qui correspondent au poste.
