What you will do:

  • Manage the planning and delivery of construction projects
  • Develop and implement project management plans to ensure the success of projects
  • Manage the scope and design phase including the management of the design team
  • Ensure projects adhere to the autism friendly design guidelines
  • Regularly communicate with key stakeholders to ensure project outcomes are met
  • Define project scope, milestones and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Monitor progress of the projects including risks, issues and dependencies
  • Establish and maintain project governance, including leading Project Control Groups
  • Provide timely and accurate financial and performance reporting including progress claims, payments, variations and project updates as required

What we are looking for:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in project management, business or other relevant areas
  • At least eight years' experience in project management across multiple projects
  • Strong understanding of all technical, financial, planning and legal components associated with project management
  • Strong track record in delivering projects, from inception to completion
  • Knowledge of WHS legislation, regulations and codes
  • Demonstrated effective leadership and project management skills
  • Highlevel knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Project and Word
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Willingness to travel to regional and interstate sites from time to time
  • Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module
  • Working with Children Check clearance (NSW) and National Police Clearance
