The RoleWe are seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a global cyber defense program.
This person will play a critical role in facilitating the delivery of cybersecurity objectives, manage changes and operational issues, foster positive communication, and support the PMO in managing the Cyber Defense portfolio and business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Engages with the business on cybersecurity initiatives, connecting at operational and strategic levels to enhance collaboration, solve issues, and steer communications, change management, and training.
Ensures security solutions are understood, accepted, and their operational impacts are managed.
Works with project managers, stakeholders, and vendors to deliver the Cyber Defense security program, focusing on stakeholder management, business alignment, communications, change management, and training.
Identifies and documents business requirements, benefits, and risks related to cyber defense initiatives, ensuring solutions meet broader stakeholder needs.Your Profile
The ideal candidate for this role possesses a solid background as a Senior Business Analyst within the cyber space and has flair for navigating dynamic, transforming environments with ease.
Formal Business Analysis training and certifications are desirable.Armed with a keen eye for detail and a knack for communications with senior stakeholders, they thrive on identifying trends, root causes, and areas for improvement.
Their adaptability and agility make them well-suited to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, steering committees, and project teams, ensuring alignment and buy-in at every stage of the process.
With a passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to staying abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, they are poised to facilitate cyber initiatives that will propel the organisation to new heights of success.
