What they're looking for in you:

The client is seeking candidates who have a minimum of 10 years of experience in road construction with at least 5 years working with TfNSW Roadworks specifications. Project Delivery on projects at circa $100 million.

They require your expertise in Earthworks and Asphalt, along with holding a degree in Civil Engineering. Emphasis is placed on safety, requiring a proactive approach and the ability to cultivate and lead a safety-oriented culture.

Additionally, candidates must possess exceptional skills in relationship building, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership. Experience in budget planning, cost maintenance, documentation (including financial management), managing project variations, and understanding project planning, resource allocation, and material management is also necessary.
