Role & Responsibilities:
Ø To provide high-quality support to individuals in their home and the community at all times.

Ø To Provide exceptional care to meet individual needs.

Ø To administer medication as required following all BHCC policies and procedures (educational opportunities to upskill available).

Ø Coordinate and conduct programs/activities which support individuals to achieve their goals as stated in their Individual Support Plan.
- Ø To maintain a safe and secure environment for the day to day activities within an individual's home and or in the community.
- Ø Respect, protect, and promote the human rights obligations of the organisation.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Current Police Check
  • 2. Current First Aid Level II and CPR
  • 3. Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
  • Eligibility to Work in Australia Current Victorian driver's license and Own vehicle
  • Medication administration Training (highly desirable)
  • NDIS Screening Check

$ $96.00 per hour
