Aufgaben:

  • Working for Mercedes-Benz Australia in this permanent role, this is an incredible opportunity to play a critical role in the engine room of our Mercedes-Benz Cars (MBC) business.
  • Based at our Head Office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will provide vital support to our retail network and customers in line with our new sales model by ensuring all parties receive excellent service at each touchpoint. You will use your knowledge and skills in sales excellence to assist our retailers in their daytoday operations to achieve the best business outcomes possible.
  • Reporting to the Head of Sales Performance, your key duties and responsibilities will be:
  • Supporting our retailers and customers through the sales process from lead, quote, contract and invoice to end customer delivery;
  • Ensuring our retailers and MBC can meet the required sales targets by efficiently supporting and managing customer transactions in a timely manner;
  • Supporting colleagues with retailer network queries, customer concerns, lead & sales analysis and other general tasks;
  • Auditing and managing to ensure all required documents are accurate and correlate with our customers' sales contracts and invoice; and
  • Continually strive to develop and improve our processes and systems for the benefit of our customers.

Qualifikationen:

  • What you will need to be successful:
  • Automotive industry experience, in particular experience within an automotive retailer would be highly regarded
  • Passion for customer centricity and building great relationships
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a "cando" attitude
  • Ability to communicate confidently to all levels of organisation including our retailer network and Senior Leadership Team
  • The availability to work flexible hours some adhoc weekend work may be required in line with dealership opening hours.
