Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supervisor/Leading hand carpenter with experience working on high value Luxury Renovations & Extensions to further their career.


This company has been established for over a decade and have built up a reputation for the highest quality of work which has created a raft of customers queuing up with exciting projects to work on.


This is a hands on role where you will oversee two other carpenters and look after 2-3 projects ranging up to $4m in value.


Duties will include:

  • Overseeing 2 other carpenters
  • Driving projects on
  • Supervision of subcontractors
  • Making sure H&S is upheld on site
  • Ensuring quality finishes
  • Hands on when required


They foresee this role for the right motivated person moving into initially Site Management and eventually a Project Manager position.

In order to qualify the role you must have

  • Carpentry background
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Experience working on high value residential extensions, renovations upwards of $700k
  • Excellent communicator


They have a close knit team and you will be working alongside the owners who have built a welcoming environment and will support you as you grow in the role.
