Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate onsite construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee subcontractors and tradespeople, providing guidance and support as needed to maintain productivity and quality.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures.
  • Collaborate closely with the project management team to ensure efficient project delivery, budget compliance, and client satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate a handson approach, assisting with tasks as required to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting open communication, collaboration, and a strong work ethic.
  • Uphold compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the residential construction industry, with a focus on luxury custombuilt homes.
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential construction processes, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with a proactive and solutionsoriented approach to problemsolving.
  • A willingness to be handson and get involved in all aspects of site supervision, including physical work when necessary.
  • Relevant trade qualifications or certifications in construction management or a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
