About the team

  • The Architecture, Infrastructure, and Networking Branch comprises three specialized teams:
    • The architecture team designs and plans ASC's IT systems.
    • The infrastructure team oversees the hardware, software, and services supporting ASC's IT operations.
    • The networking team focuses on network-related tasks.

While each team has distinct responsibilities, they work closely together since their tasks are interconnected. Effective communication and alignment are crucial for a well-functioning IT ecosystem that supports sustainable operations across the organization.

About the role - The Director of Architecture, Infrastructure, and Networking will lead a team of professionals in developing and maintaining ASC's technology ecosystem. Responsibilities include managing technology strategies to align with organizational goals, directing the efforts of the teams, and delivering ICT solutions in line with technology strategies. The role also involves building relationships, providing leadership, and engaging with stakeholders internally and externally to position ASC as a digital leader.

As a member of the Technology Group's leadership team, you will offer strategic advice across Architecture, Infrastructure, and Networking to support the Group's objectives successfully.

About you

  • The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a structured approach, capable of focusing teams on achieving Technology Group goals. Understanding the benefits of enterprise architecture, compliance standards, monitoring, and quality practices is essential for efficiently aligning ICT services with business needs.
  • They should have proven experience in managing high-performance teams, familiarity with ITIL service practices, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive improvements and timely outcomes in a service performance context.
